Our facilities are located just 4 miles from the Truckee Weigh Scales where commercial trucks are weighed to ensure compliance with DOT regulations. Part of the logistics services we offer is to assist commercial truck operators in load shifting, unloading, warehouse storage and relocation of commercial cargo to its final destination. We have a team of logistics specialists with the correct equipment, trucks and forklifts to assist commercial truck operators. These commercial truck operators are often required to lighten their load before proceeding on their journey into California on I80.

Staff from the California Highway Patrol (CHP) often stop overweight commercial trucks from proceeding after they are found to be overweight after having the truck load weighed at the Truckee Weigh Scales. Cargo load shifting, unloading or transshipment of the cargo is one way for the commercial truck operators to be released from the Truckee weigh station and continue their journey.
